Never worry about your Modelo 210 again
You own property in Spain and live somewhere else. That means the Spanish tax agency expects a non-resident tax return for it, called the Modelo 210. You upload your documents once, in your own language. We take it from there. So your Modelo 210 goes in correct and on time, every year.
How does it work?
Filing a Modelo 210 correctly takes more information than most owners expect. The value on your IBI receipt, who owns which share, what the property earned and which costs count. Don't worry, we can request documents for you or explain exactly where to find each one.
- 1Create your accountAn email address and a few details about you. You can stop and pick up where you left off.
- 2Add your propertyA few questions about the property and who owns it. We tell you which documents we need and why.
- 3Modelo 210 filedNothing is filed before you approve it. After that we handle it and confirm when it is done.
What does it cost?
The Spanish tax agency wants one return per property, per year, from every owner. If you own together, that is two returns for the same property. We charge less for your partner's return.
- Your first property carries the full price. Every one after it costs less.
- A partner filing alongside you pays less again for the same property.
- A property you rent out costs more than one you keep for your own use, because the return carries the income and the costs you can deduct.
Per year, all in.
This is what you pay us. The Spanish tax on the property itself is separate, and the tax agency collects it from you by direct debit.
All prices include VAT.
